Our Services are offered through fixed monthly subscription packages.

• Starter: $89/month — 3 Full Users included
• Professional: $299/month — 10 Full Users included
• Enterprise: Custom pricing
• No long-term contracts — subscriptions are month-to-month.
• Cancel anytime.
• If canceled mid-cycle, unused balance may be refunded upon request.

• Cancel anytime without penalty.
• Refunds only if canceled before the billing cycle ends and upon request.
• The 30-day free trial requires a credit card. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

SmartCall's liability is limited to the amount of the monthly subscription fee paid in the month the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Advance notifications are sent before each billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we contact you via email.
• If unresolved within 7 days, services may be suspended.

Strictly prohibited:

• Spam calling or robocalling outside legal compliance
• Harassment, fraud, or illegal activities
• Sharing account access with unauthorized parties
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the platform

These Terms follow the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are handled in courts of Casper, WY.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective once posted. Continued use means acceptance.
