Here's exactly how to go from zero to dispatching your first job in under 30 minutes.
Create Your Account
Go to smartcallsync.ai and click Start Free Trial. Fill in your name, email, phone number, and business name. Select your industry from the dropdown — this helps SmartCall customize your dashboard for your specific trade.
No credit card required. Your account is created instantly.
Set Up Your Business Profile
Once inside your dashboard, go to Settings and fill in:
- Your business name and address
- Your timezone
- Your company phone number
- Upload your logo (optional but recommended)
This information will appear automatically on all invoices and customer communications.
Add Your Technicians
Go to Team → Add Technician. For each technician, enter:
- Full name and mobile number
- Role (Technician, Dispatcher, or Manager)
- Service area
Technicians will receive a welcome SMS with instructions to download the SmartCall mobile app. The app is available on both iOS and Android.
Choose Your Dispatch Mode
SmartCall supports two dispatch modes:
- Auto Dispatch — the AI automatically finds the nearest available technician and sends a job offer to their phone.
- Manual Dispatch — your dispatcher reviews the job and selects the technician manually.
You can switch between modes at any time from Settings.
Create Your First Job
Go to Jobs → New Job. Fill in the customer name, phone number, address, and service type.
In Auto mode, SmartCall will immediately find the nearest technician and send them a job offer.
In Manual mode, you select the technician yourself and send the offer with one click.
Watch It Work
Once the technician accepts the job:
- The job status updates automatically
- The customer receives an SMS confirmation
- You can track the technician live on the map
- When the job is done, the technician collects payment and marks it complete from their phone
