2. Subscription Plans & Payments

Our Services are offered through fixed monthly subscription packages.

  • No long-term contracts; subscriptions are month-to-month.
  • Cancel anytime.
  • If canceled mid-cycle, unused balance may be refunded (if requested).
  • Unused minutes do not roll over.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel anytime without penalty.
  • Refunds only if canceled before cycle ends & upon request.
  • Unused minutes do not roll over or refund.

4. Support & Service Availability

  • ⭐ Premium Customers: Response within 1 hour
  • ⭐ Standard Customers: Response within 12–24 hours

Support Channels:

Service interruptions or delays will be handled per our SLA policies.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Smart Call Sync LLC’s liability is limited to the amount of the monthly subscription fee paid.

Example: If you pay $1,000/month, our maximum liability is $1,000.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Billing Issues & Non-Payment

  • Advance notifications for payments.
  • If payment fails, we contact via email/phone.
  • If unresolved, services may be suspended.

8. Resale & Permitted Use

Customers may resell or white-label our Services, as long as laws are followed.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Spam calling / robocalling outside compliance
  • Harassment, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Telecom regulation violations

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms follow the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are handled in courts of Casper, WY.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms anytime. Updates are effective once posted. Continued use means acceptance.
